I used to think I could never run! I am over 40, have had 2 kids, have a really bad back, and horrible joints. My sister inspired me because she started running 5 years ago and looks amazing. I ran through the pain and started at my own pace. I am up to 12 miles a week and climbing. ANYONE can do it!! Just take your time an believe in yourself!

LOVE these beginner running tips because they are from someone like me, someone who hates running, even though I know it is good for me. Hope these will help me become a runner!

    personally i hate running because its hard on the boobs and the knees. i much prefer strength training and yoga.

    Lol... I am larger up top too, but a good sports bra will settle that plus sometimes I wear a regular bra and sports bra together. As far as the knees, I've never had a problem luckily there.

I do a work out like this just a little different: 100 Rope Jumps 90 Jumping Jacks 80 High Knees 70 Squats 60 Crunches 50 Lunges 40 Push ups 30 Triceps dips 20 Jump Up touch ground 10 Burpies
