It is called Hanky Panky :D Recipe: 1 lb. ground beef (chuck) 1 lb. sausage (mild or hot) 3/4 of a 2lb. block of Velveeta cheese 1 large jar of salsa (or 2 cups if you make your own) Brown ground beef and sausage. Melt cheese and salsa in a crock pot. (I usually melt this in the microwave.) Drain meat and combine with the cheese mixture. Keep the the crock pot on low enough to keep the cheese slightly runny and serve with tortilla chips or crackers!

Someone gave this to me for Christmas and I ate the entire bag ... without sharing! This stuff is so addictive! 1 (1 oz) package ranch dressing mix. 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil. 1/2 t garlic powder (or to your taste). salt to taste. 1 box or bag oyster crackers. Preheat oven to 250. In a large mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Stir in oyster crackers mix to coat. Pour crackers onto a large cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so.... Awesome!

Cream Cheese, Softened 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce ⅛ teaspoon Salt Chopped fresh tomatoes for garnish, optional but delicious! Finely chop the cucumber and green onions. In a medium bowl, combine chopped veggies, softened cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Beat until smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight, it’s WORTH the wait! Serve on crackers.

White Trash Dip  1 can chili (15 oz) 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz ea), softened 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 1 lb. bacon 4 green onions, chopped 1 tsp red pepper flakes Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon. Crumble. Mix together chili, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions in a large bowl. Spread mixture into a pie pan. Cook for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Serve with chips.
