I think Ronda G. Wolff is extraordinary because she always puts others needs before her own. She owns a business and is always helping her family and clients. She spent years helping her mother and father so they could live independently before they passed away. She went shopping, took them to the dr.s, cooked and cleaned for them. I think she is under appreciated, but she continues to give selflessly.
When Sonya Arrington, Mother's Against Teen Violence, lost her son to gun violence, she just continuously keeps working in the community to educate people about guns, and teen violence. She is much more than EXTRAODINARY in my book. She has determination. Its so sad to see our young people, anybody really to die to gun violence, when this happens, Mrs. Arrington is somewhere in the mix putting together a rally or something to help out.
Carla is a wife and the mother of a child with disabilities. And she has Spina Bifida. She works for the Huffington Post and has even published articles on adults and children with disabilities. She has been involved with Shriners. She has helped her husband in his career and volunteer work. Theres nothing she will not try. She is an awesome example to people with physical disabilities. She shows them that they can do anything, marriage, motherhood, career. The skies the limit.
I think my Mother, Alice Deptula, is the most extraordinary woman there is! She has had cancer 5 different times and she is still battling end stage cancer. Over 4 years ago she was given 8-14 months to live WITH treatment. She never gives up, she never complains. All her life she has helped anyone she could. She is the most selfless person I know, she's strong, smart, giving, loving and always kind! She is a true inspiration!
An inspiration to everyone she comes in contact with, Janet goes above and beyond to help those in need. As a daughter, she'll do anything needed to make sure you are taken care of, as you took care of her. As a mother, she raised her kids to believe they can accomplish anything and to work hard to achieve their goals. She is the best cheerleader and offers the most comforting shoulder for support when needed. As a family member, Janet will drop anything she is doing to help you.
Amy Campoli puts the extra in extraordinary! Through the lives she touches and shapes as both a 1st grade teacher and a mother of two. Always putting others needs ahead of hers and enriching the lives of everyone she comes in contact with. The world is a much better place with people like Amy in it and I am proud to call her my wife.
A mother (97 years old) in China, feeding and taking care of her paralysed son (60 years old) everyday for more than 19 years. A reminder of the amazing spirit of human compassion and more importantly, motherly love!!GOD BLESS YOU MOM,FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR FAMILY.HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO YOU TOO. A MOTHERS LOVE
Shelly Smith's unconditional love for her son Lucas is very extraordinary. She devotes 150% of her time to her 5-year-old son who has suffered from water in the brain, liver cancer, two live transplants (one which was donated by her) and a massive stroke. She was told that her son would never see or walk again. They fought the odd and he has overcome both. Because of his mother, Lucas has been able to overcome his hardships and turn into a special boy.
Jackie is extraordinary due to her support she offers to anyone at all times. No one could have a better friend, confidant, Mother, and can become full time caregiver to everyone coming in contact with her seeking help, advice or anything Jackie feels she can help someone out with. Dedicated to her work, family and friends, Jackie D. Easterling goes beyond the average and I am proud to nominate a woman very deserving as Jackie is.
Joyce Marie Roach lives with an injury to her head for the past 8 years, yet she still goes far and beyond to norm for her family. Unselfish in all her ways, she demonstrates what it means to "love at all times." She makes us laugh, so sets the mood for the home..she remains everything that a mother and wife needs to be. That is why we thinkshe is extraordinary... and the dogs think this too
My Mom, Carrie Knox, is extraordinary because she puts everyone first! She is there for anyone whenever they need her. She has been the best Mom to me and my sister. Now she is the best Nana to her 3 grandchildren. She is so loving, caring, and generous. She loves her family and friends. She is a great listener. She gives great advice. She has fun times. She is a wonderful nurse. She is a wonderful wife. Anyone who knows my Mom is lucky to have her in their lives.
My mother, Jean Marie, is extraordinary for an exuberant number of reasons that 150 words won't even begin to cover. When it comes to family, she is the mother lion willing to give her life to protect her loved ones. When her mother was dying of cancer she was there everyday in every way possible to make sure my Nana had everything she needed. When I had my own two children, she became a Nana herself and has honored that word in every way possible.
