Flourless Healthy Cookies I recommend cooking these at 325* for a longer amount of time. Don't make them too thick or the middle will stay gooey. I added cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey to the batter. Second time I made them I added chocolate chips. It is a tasty and guiltless snack. Definitely more like banana bread then cookies.

Ingredients: 2 large old bananas 1 cup of quick oats Mix-ins -a handful of chocolate chips -crushed walnut pieces -cinnamon -raisins The ones in these photos have a handful of chocolate chips, a tsp cinnamon, and 1/4ish a cup of crushed walnuts cook at 350 15 min on a GREASED cookie sheet!!!
