Creamy Shrimp Enchiladas - The Girl Who Ate Everything. ****Made these last night 7/23/13. Sooo Soo good! I cut the salt by half. Next time will probably cut it completely and I will use corn tortillas rather than flour. It was a big hit!! Filling could also be used on pasta, or just with some chips!
Another pinner said: This was super easy and I will definitely be making this again! The only difference. I doubled the lemon, the yogurt, and the cheese because it just wasn't creamy enough. I also used half itailian blend cheese and half parmesean. Yummy!
