Fresh ingredient dinner. I don't normally keep all these fresh herbs on hand because they are so expensive, but it was a nice change. The basil was divine. The butterfly-cut breasts cooked beautifully in the pan. I added some additional Parmesan and a hint of garlic salt and other seasonings, assuming this might be boring, but I actually think it would be better as the recipe was written. Good clean eating.
