Melt a stick of butter in the pan (that seems like a lot, maybe only half a stick). Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min.

baked salmon: 1 Preheat oven to 350F. 2 Fillet salmon and place skin side down on a glass baking dish. 3 Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise (im coating in lemon juice olive oil instead); cover entire top of fish. Sprinkle liberally with seasoned salt, cheese and dry bread crumbs. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered. Place under broiler until top turns brown.
