Home-made Geodes Required materials Epsom salts 2 cups of warm water 3 or more eggs (we only the shells) Food coloring (red, green, blue, and any other color you like) Large glass Spoon Knife (optional)
Daily Shower Cleaner 24 oz. water ½ cup hydrogen peroxide ½ cup rubbing alcohol 2 tsp. Dawn dishwashing liquid (or whatever you prefer) 2 tsp. automatic dishwasher rinse such as JetDri Mix well. Once your shower has been thoroughly cleaned, use the homemade shower spray cleaner daily to help maintain your shower in between regular cleanings. Be sure to completely spray walls and the shower door and/or liner.
Make Your Own Gel Air Fresheners •2 cups liquid potpourri •4 individual envelopes of unflavored gelatin •2 tbsp. salt •heat-safe containers (I used my favorite container for all sorts of DIY homemade products…Mason jars!)
Holiday simmering potpourri recipes: Christmas-y Simmering Potpourri ■3 cinnamon sticks ■3 bay leaves ■1/4 cup whole cloves ■1 teaspoon ground cloves ■2 tablespoons dried lemon peel ■2 tablespoons dried orange peel ■½ teaspoon ground nutmeg Mix all ingredients and store in Ziploc or airtight container. Simmer on low heat, adding water as needed...I WILL GIVE THESE FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS
