    crock pot pot roast: This was really easy and delicious. I only used one teaspoon of allspice, which I think was a good decision. I could still taste the cinnamon/nutmeg/clove without it overpowering the taste of the meat and veggies. I also added turnips and parsnips (since I only eat the veggies). This was very tasty, and I love the ease of crockpot meals.

Going to try this but modified. I don't have Herbs De Provence so I'm not sure what I will rub it with. I don't have red peppers so I'll layer the bottom with onion and carrots and stuff the bird with apples, carrots and onion. We'll see how it tastes.

Crockpot Roast Beef. Very good but my roast cooked in no time and the veggies were still hard so I had to put them on the stove and make them more tender an make my own sauce. Which was excellent btw
