    I can board. Would 100% use this in my classrooms so students know what they are doing for the day and also helps administrators and parents see what the objectives are for the day. Much better than having plain objectives written across the board.

    While students are working problems, walk around the room with a handful of green pens. When someone finishes the problems correctly, they get a green star and a green pen. Now they are qualified to coach and star papers for other students, and so on, until everyone is done.

    No Homework Binder--Each student has a blank page in the binder. The student must write the date, assignment, and reason for not having it on their page for each forgotten assignment. Keeps track of # missing and reasons. Great management tool!

    Give each student a sheet of paper with every classmate's name on it. They have to write a nice sentence about everyone in the class. Then each student will end up with 20+ nice things written about him or her. This activity is great because some students don't hear about how great they are at home.
