5 lbs of fat next to 5 lbs of muscle. Now THAT's Inspiration! And....this certainly explains that stat that says that 2/3's of Americans are overweight and half of those are obese....little muscle and lots of fat.
My first dumbbell workout! A lot of these are regular exercises with a dumbbell added for a higher intensity, but if you don’t know what something is, type it into YouTube and you’re sure to find some info on how to do the exercise. I suggest using dumbbells that are 3-10 pounds.
