Easy Crock Pot Fabulous Beef Stew ... low carb suggestion: HALF the cornstarch (unless you actually want it thin, in which case it will be Soup NOT Stew!) and Lessen qty of potatoes.  (I also dice them smaller so there's still a lot of Pieces of potato.)

Buffalo chicken in a crockpot.  Chicken, buffalo wing sauce and a packet of ranch seasoning in the crockpot, shred, use for wraps, salads, whatever.  I think it would be especially good on pizza.

Crock-Pot Chicken and Stuffing (5 Ww Points) from Food.com:   								from ww message boards  NOTE: if you have a newer crockpot, i would only cook for about 4 1/2 -5 hours otherwise  you will end up with dry chicken and a mushy mess. this does have a great flavor though, just try not to overcook it. :)
