Ultra-Crispy Roast Potatoes..one of my favorite side dishes. Microwave quartered potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain water. Drizzle a fair amount of olive oil over the potatoes, gently toss the potatoes, and sprinkle with oregano. Put in a hot oven 450 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until crispy. Watch closely
Roasted cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive healthy. (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1 Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)
Olive oil salt pepper garlic powder parmesan. 425 degrees for 10 min. shake. then another 5 min.add parm cheese. I've been doing this a long time but adding red pepper flakes and sometimes chopped onion
Extra Crispy Oven Baked French Fries Peel and slice, then soak potatoes in water for 30 min. Rinse and dry. Line on parchment paper and toss with 1-2 tablespoons of oil and seasoning. Bake at 400 deg for 30 min (flipping once), Then turn up to 425 deg and bake til ends are brown.
1-pot dinner - I'm all about that! 4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9×13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
