    Egg replacement. Gotta try this. I don't mind replacing eggs in recipes if it doesn't alter it too much. I cut calories and fat by just using fat free or reduced fat ingredients.. I like to replace heavy fats & sugars instead :)

It’s nutty and delicious and you get to skip the refined-flour energy spike. Almond flour is heavier, so you may want to start by replacing half of the regular flour in a recipe, or add a little extra leavening (eggs, baking powder, etc.) to help it rise.
