Our dinner this evening sans buns. I used 1 can each of black beans and garbonzo beans, brown rice flour, honey, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, chili powder and cumin. I baked them at 350F for 25 minutes flipping halfway through. Served with avocado slices on top with a spicy honey mustard sauce. A totally vegan dinner....and they ate it!
Comfy in the car with the dog hangin out the window. Hot coffee in hand and the Be Good Tanyas playin their sweet sweet harmonies. Can it get any better? Well. . . maybe if I had my fave flannel tied around my waist.
