Strawberry Banana Breakfast Bake: tried it, not so great. it had a really mushy consistency - like hot soggy cereal as opposed to oatmeal. Maybe with some tweaking it could be good but i wasnt a fan of the recipe as is.

This banana bread is (wait for it ...) vegan, whole wheat, oil-free, and sugar-free. Wow!

peanut butter banana wrap Hmmm, I think the Hubs would like it better if I separated the wrap with a crepe, and the peanut butter with Nutella. And add strawberries, maybe? D'oh! I think it just went from a healthy kid snack to an evil adult snack!

WARNING: The most addictive cookies I have EVER eaten. And it just so happens they're healthy too!- I couldn't believe how amazing this tastes.
