Sesame Chicken Salad

3 Chicken breasts(1 lb/500g), boneless


4 Cucumbers or 1 english cucumber, mini
4 slices Ginger
6 Green onions
1 Onion, medium
1 tsp Pepper- corns, whole
2 Tomatoes, large


1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 cup Soy sauce, light
1 Vinaigrette

Baking & Spices

1 Salt and fresh ground pepper
2 tsp Sugar

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Rice vinegar
1/4 cup Sesame oil

Salad: 4 slices of ginger; 1 medium onion; 3 boneless chicken breasts; 1 English cucumber; 2 large tomatoes; 6 green onions; 1⁄4 cup sesame oil
