It came as a complete shock to me - I was reading this article - which I just navigated to by accident cause I saw the words c-section and recovery - for information only and thought, hey, Ill just do a quick check on myself to confirm that I dont have it. Turns out ... well, damn it, I do. So, heres a great diastasis workout, which I am now implementing as part of my daily routine!
