I made this for lunch today with a side of spanish rice, guac, and pico! YUMMY! Blackened Tilapia Tacos: (Serves 2-4) ½ Teaspoon Paprika ¼ Teaspoon Salt ¼ Teaspoon Pepper ¼ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper ¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder ¼ Teaspoon Cumin 3 Tilapia Filets 1 ½ Tablespoons Olive Oil

Tilapia - I halved all the seasonings and used 6 fillets instead of 4. Turned out great. Not too spicy for the kids. Wish my hubby liked fish more, but he said it was good.

Keep it Tight Tilapia (Satisfy your taste buds and set your metabolism on fire with this delicious recipe! 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper, 1 tsp dried mustard, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 pinch cayenne pepper, and 4 tilapia filets)

This is delicious and easy enough even for me to make!
