    1. Start with a navy base (two coats of No Limits from Nicole by OPI). 2. Next I went color by color to add tiny dots. I used the wide end of a toothpick (a clean stick for each color). Instead of going straight from the bottle to my nails, I removed excess paint by dabbing it onto a scratch piece of paper. 3. After letting the dots try, I used Sally Hansen No Chip Top Coat.

Polka Dot Nails: Do 1 solid color with as many coats needed, then choose a dark color (not similar to base coat) do semi big dots (try to make all dots same size), lastly choose a light color that matches' with other colors, do multi size dots. If needed apply your favorite clear coat between each step and when done.
