    CRUNCHY ASIAN COLESLAW

Chinese Slaw--I want some right NOW!

CRUNCHY ASIAN SLAW - made this for lunch today and it was so good! Toasting the almonds and ramen in the butter really added a yummy touch. Also, I replaced about a 1/2 Tablespoon of the red wine vinegar with tarragon white wine vinegar. YUM! (l.a.)

Lemon Butter Parsley Pasta - I added 1-2 cloves of garlic to the butter, the cut up chicken into bite size pieces, dredged in flour and cooked in the butter, added another 1/2-1stick of butter and then followed the recipe. Great quick easy meal that doesn't require many ingredients. I used dried parsley and added dried basil.

All you have to do is get some crunchy green grapes, dip them in caramels melted with a little cream, then dip them in finely chopped, salted peanuts. So addicting. Like little tiny caramel apples....but better...

Never boil corn again! Want to know the easiest way to cook corn on the cob? Throw it in the oven at 350° for 25-30 minutes. That’s it. Leave the husk on, it will trap in the moisture, leaving you with juicy, tender corn. The husk and silk will peel away easily once it’s cooked. Cut off the large end and it slides right out with no silk. Bonus - keeps more of the nutrients in the corn (no boiling is best).
