SESAME CHICKEN: 1 cup soy sauce, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp sesame seeds. DIRECTIONS: 1. Put all ingredients in freezer bags 2. Toss and knead bag so chicken gets covered evenly in sauce 3. Flatten bag and freeze TO SERVE: Cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Serve over rice.
Monterrey Chicken-Pinner says: I made this today for our church dinner, and it was a HUGE hit! I combined two recipes. I used the marinade from this one and then grilled the chicken. I topped according to the other Monterey chicken recipe on this board.
Chicken taco chili...only about 200 calories a serving and made 8 servings! 1 can black beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can corn kernels, 16 oz tomato sauce, 28 oz diced tomatoes, packet taco seasoning, 1 tbsp chili powder, 3 boneless chicken breasts. 6 hours high or 10 hours low in the crock pot.
