Eggroll in a Bowl 1 lb ground country sausage 1 bag dry coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots) 5 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium is best) 1 teaspoon ginger sliced green onion

homemade salsa: 5-6 roma tomatoes, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 2 serrano or jalapeño chiles, seeded and minced 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice, salt and pepper to taste. add everything together and let sit overnight for flavors to meld.

Roasted cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive healthy. (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1 Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)
