Zucchini Gratin~2 pounds zucchini, sliced , Salt and pepper1/2 cup grated parm cheese, 2 TBS butter melted. Butter a 10-inch pie plate. Boil Zucchini for 2 min. drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. Arrange the zucchini in the pie plate in an overlapping circular pattern. Season with salt and pepper between the layers. Top with the parm cheese and drizzle with the melted butter. Bake at 400º for 30 min, then bake at 475º for another 10 min until golden brown.
