    Sweet & Tangy Grilled Chicken - another fantastic grilling recipe to add to my end-of-summer repertoire. The apple cider vinegar and brown sugar balance each other out, and the lime/lemon/dijon flavors are wonderful. The marinade is simple, the results delicious, what's not to love here?!

    Honey Chicken Kabobs 8 chkn br. cut into 1" cubes 1/4 C oil 1/3 C honey 1/3 C soy sauce 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 clove garlic 5 onions, cut into 2" pieces 2 red peppers, cut into 2' pieces In bowl, mix oil, honey, soy sauce, & pepper. Before adding chicken, reserve marinade to brush onto kabobs while cooking. Place the chicken, garlic, onions & peppers in bowl, refrig @ least 2 hrs. Make kabobs. Place the skewers on the grill cook for 12-15' & brush with reserved marinade.

    Grilled Cabbage Recipe ------------ 1 head cabbage, 4 teaspoons butter, 4 slices bacon Spice mix-- 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese Cut cabbage into four wedges Spread cut sides with butter. Mix spices and sprinkle all of the mixture equally over each wedge. Wrap bacon around wedge. Seal foil. Grill cabbage, covered, over medium heat for 40 minutes or until the cabbage is tender, turning twice.
