    Ingredients: 2 6-8 oz. mahi mahi fillets, sea salt and pepper to taste, 2 limes, juiced, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 in. fresh ginger root, grated, 1 tbsp. olive oil, Lemon, cut into 4 slices Directions: Season with sea salt and pepper. Combine ingredients and pour over fish. Marinade for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
