    Who knew I"d get so many comments on a re-pin. I just thought it was interesting. As for me, I peel them with a knife, cut them into rings horizontally, and then cut the rings in half. BECAUSE, I happen to be one of the strange folks who loves pith and membrane. (I"m just weird, I guess.)

    I love grapefruit and oranges peeled this way! It just takes forever! Many years ago, a friend brought me a quart jar of peeled grapefruit to work! She really was a good friend!
