    Classic Mint Julep: 3 fresh mint leaves; 1 tbsp Mint Simple Syrup; Crushed ice; 1 oz bourbon; 1 cocktail straw; 1 mint sprig; Powdered sugar (optional). Place mint leaves & Mint Simple Syrup in chilled julep cup. Press leaves against cup w/ back of spoon to release flavor. Pack cup w/ crushed ice; pour bourbon over ice. Insert straw, add mint sprig, sprinkle w/ powdered sugar & serve.
