CROCKPOT MEATBALL STROGANOFF 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can beef broth, 1 bag frozen meatballs, 1 can of mushrooms (or fresh), 8oz cream cheese. Mix soup, broth, mushrooms and meatballs in crockpot. Cook on low for 5-6 hrs. Add cream cheese. Continue to cook on low with the lid off til cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.
