Parmesan-Crusted Tilapia... Used Parmesan-Romano. Paired with w/ couscous. Quick & edible, but idk if I'll make it again 😏

Parmesan-Crusted Tilapia. A delicious alternative/healthy dinner meal. The parmesan breading makes you forget you are eating fish! I made this with a side of brown rice, broccoli/cauliflower, and a romaine salad. My picky fiancee even enjoyed it! PS - I added a squirt of lime juice to the recipe while cooking!

Sometimes I like to try complicated recipes, but, folks, this butcher gets busy and when I do I want my dinner quick and easy. Parmesan Pesto Tilapia - Wow just tried this one and it's great. So easy too! With rice and veggies

You probably guessed this already but the best part of all this is that the Parmesan gets a little crispy-crunch to it because it broils so beautifully. Pair that with the delicately flaky white fish and the fresh tang of the tomatoes, and then the thick and smooth basil sauciness of the pesto… ohhhyeah. I have a thing for texture. And cheese.

Parmesan Broiled Tilapia. On the table in 10 minutes! Serve it up with a salad and some rice for a nice quick weeknight dinner.
