Sweet Dream Smoothie....1/2 cup warm milk, 1/2 banana (room temp),1/4 tsp(dash)cinnamon,1/2 tsp vanilla extract,1 tsp maple syrup or honey......Combine milk, banana, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup or honey in a blender and whirl until frothy and smooth. Drink before going to bed. ( I would use soy milk for myself and see if it's ok...)
