    Chicken Florentine Artichoke Bake - used wheat rotini, put the onion in raw, used part skim mozzarella instead of jack, used roasted red peppers instead of sun dried tomatoes, put a thin layer of marinara on top of the mixture (under the breadcrumbs) .... SO GOOD! Next time will try cutting back on the cheese.
