      Bloody Mary Salad – serves 4 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. vodka 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. Horseradish juice and zest of 1 large lemon a pinch of celery salt a dash or two of Tabasco, optional 1/2 cup sliced, pitted green olives 2 stalks celery, sliced – save the leaves for garnish later 4 ounces great quality mozzarella– kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

      For aunt suzie...Bloody Mary Salad. The thought of a Bloody Mary has never really appealed to me, tomato juice kind of grosses me out. However, this salad sounds amazing! I may substitute the blue cheese for feta, though.
