Lace-Up Side Tank...Just cut off the arms of the t-shirt, cut the sides, snip some small holes, and lace-up the sides with some braided string.

    could be cute if you did it a different way! like if the shirt was a little bigger and the string was pulled tighter, then maybe it would be cute.

    If you were going to make this then I would put grommets in the sides. Those cut holes holding the string in will rip fairly quickly.

    Yes I do think the top is cute, but I did think about the holes ripping easily as well...(that would not be good)....so that's a good idea.

"Good Night" Night Light. — This would be perfect hanging under a loft by your futon if you want a little light while you're relaxing at night. I'd probably scale it down and use a lighter painters canvas + large-bulb string lights so you can hang it on a wall hook without worrying about it being too heavy. (Just don't leave it on overnight! Might get too hot with the string lights.)
