Paleo Diet, i think this helps a lot with what to eat but i disagree with not being able to consume oatmeal, milk, yogurt etc. some of that is still okay to eat in my opinion and i feel like you can still lose just as much weight if you do. the key is to eat in MODERATION, not starvation. eat whatever you want, just dont over-do it.
