6 oz Baby bella mushrooms
2 cups Baby spinach
2 tbsp Chives, fresh
1 Garlic clove
1 Leek
1 Yellow squash, quartered and sliced (about 1 1/2 cups), small


14 oz Sprouted tofu, firm

Baking & Spices

1 Black pepper
1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Truffle salt
1 1/2 tsp Turmeric

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Coconut oil
