Coffee bar...still need shelves for ours but used this inspiration to create our own next to our kitchen
I love this but i would put a cool shelf that follows the line from the top of the doorway, across the room (on the wall with the stove). It would come down at a sharp angle and then have horizontal shelving with asymmetric end points. It's cool in my head.
Coffee bar for kitchen/dining area... We LOVE ours... want to upgrade to look hold coffee cups like that, but we store breakfast items in bottom drawers/cabinets and drink items (tea bags, hot cocoa mix...etc) in top drawer. It is really convenient.
Activate the space in front of a window as bonus storage. Mount shelves in front of the window by either anchoring them in to the wall or along the sides of upper cabinets. This handy solution can also block a not-so-great outside view while allowing light to come in from the window
