Honey Porkchops. This was an excellent and easy way to cook up pork chops. I cooked a double batch to give to share with a family getting back from the hospital and was told that the normally peckish grandma started picking at the chop and then suddenly gobbled it up! So 5 stars for this one. I marinated overnight.

Pork chops can go from succulent, juicy, and amazingly savory to cardboard in just a few moments.  The trick all comes down to temperature.  A perfectly cooked chop should be 140 F inside, slightly pink, and visibly juicy.  How do you get such perfection? Here are a few tips: 1. Brine! Brining your meat helps keep the moisture in and seasons it from the inside out. 2. Go thick.
