      cooked marbles! bake them at 325/350 for 20 minutes, then dump them in ice water. the inside cracks but the outside remains intact. awesome! there used to be a lady in Brigantine who would "fry" marbles like this- haven't seen them for 40+ years!

      bake the marbles or glass craft stones on a cookie sheet at about 325 - 350 for 20 minutes, as soon as you take them out of the oven put them in a metal bowl or sink of cold water and ice.
