Home-made carpet cleaner (baking soda followed by clear dish soap+ white vinegar + warm water)
1. Scrape up the liquid 2. Sprinkle baking soda or cornstarch on stain to let absorb for 10 minutes and then vacuum. 3. Mix one tablespoon clear dishwashing liquid and one tablespoon white vinegar with two cups of warm water. 4. Using a white cloth, sponge the stain with the detergent/vinegar solution and blot until all the liquid is absorbed. 5. Sponge off with cold water and blot dry.

Just a few squirts of Dawn and about a cup Peroxide does the trick entirely! Never waste money on those pesky toxic carpet cleaners again! I mix it in a little bowl, then dip my cleaning toothbrush into the mix, and just scrub away! And it almost instantly takes the stain out. I then just absorb the excess into a rag, and let it dry.
