24 Littleneck clams


1 tbsp Dill, fresh
1 tbsp Flat-leaf parsley
1 Lemon, wedges
1 tbsp Scallion


1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh

Baking & Spices

1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

    Grilled Clams with Herb Butter 1 stick room temp butter 1 T chopped flat-leaf parsley 1 T chopped fresh dill 1 T chopped scallion. Salt & Pepper to taste. Combine ing. and set aside. 24 littleneck clams Lemon wedges Place clams on grill rack over med-hot charcoal or gas grill on high and cover with lid. Grill until open, 6-8 minutes (discard any that don't open). Transfer to platter, careful to keep as much juice in the shells as possible. Dot clams w herb butter. Serve warm with lemon wedges.
