Praised as THE BEST Crockpot meal yet:1 bag of frozen tortellini 1 small bag of fresh spinach 2 cans of italian style diced tomatoes 1 box or 4 cups or vegetable broth 1 block of cream cheese put all ingredients in crockpot, chunking up the cream cheese. Cook on low for 5-6 hrs.
Crockpot chicken & rice using frozen chicken breast. I had three very large chicken breast & opted for thyme & basil instead of dill weed. It's in the crock pot now, so we will see tonight how it turns out... *Crossing my fingers* UPDATE: I used egg noodles instead of rice & added peas at the end. Taste like creamy chicken noodle soup.

Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!
