CrockPot Cheesecake 3 – 8oz Packages of Cream Cheese (softened) 3 Eggs ¾ Cup Sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs 3 Tablespoons of Stick Butter, melted Fruit Topping (optional)
1 lb chicken breasts 1 packet Italian dressing mix 2 Tbsp butter 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup chicken stock egg noodles or rice Place chicken breasts, Italian dressing mix, butter, lemon juice & chicken broth in the crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. When finished cooking, shred chicken with 2 forks. Serve chicken over egg noodles or rice and top with juices from crockpot.

Sour Cream Chicken - My review: this is a keeper recipe. Easy and fast to make. Only substiution I made is to use crushed french fried onions instead of the croutons (I didn't have any). I also just melted the butter and drizzled it over the crumbs (faster than "dotting" with butter). We liked the French fried onions so much that I'm unsure if we'll try it with the croutons :)
Freezer -to- crockpot: almost no processed ingredients No need to cook before hand. Just add to freezer bag! I did a couple of these recipes. They turned out well and are easy--there are just some that we don't eat. But great pin, includes recipes and shopping list. I love it when people are nice enough to do all the work for me :)
