I am my own motivation! Left side is me less than a year ago and right side was taken last month! Low carb diet no pasta, potatoes, bread, soft drinks, or junk food! Lots and lots of water Dr. Atkins shakes in the morning and lean meats and veggies for lunch and supper. Seafood is good as well.. I still have a ways to go to get where I want to be, but if I can do it ANYONE can. HOW INSPIRATIONAL! :)
