My lazy version of these awesome sweet-spicy pumpkin seeds: Preheat oven to 350. Mix 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp chipotle powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 packets splenda in a large bowl. Add 2C pepitas (pumpkin seeds), 4 large/6 medium cloves pressed garlic, juice from 1 lime and mix. Spread on pre-greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 min. 143 cal per 1/2 C serving.
