All-Purpose Rub for Meat- I substituted 1tbsp of ginger for the 2 tbsps of mustard powered, and it was delicious on top of steak!

The best quiche recipe ever! It is easy, keeps well in the fridge, and I often have all the ingredients I need on hand! Caution: It can get a bit to salty with the ham in it. I often do an assortment of veggie! green onion is really really good in it and if you use tomatoes be sure and blot them with a paper towel so they don't add to much moisture to the dish! Try it you will love it!!
