Easy, cheap and it's a hit with the whole family! 4 chicken breast at the bottom of crock pot. Pour stove top over chicken. Mix 1/2 C. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/4 Cup water the pour over chicken and stuffing. Cook low 4 hours. Fluff and serve. Easy peasy! Easy Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing. I used regular Cream of Chicken the first time and it came out a little salty but still yummy. 2nd time I used low fat Cream of Chicken and Mrs. Cubbison's stuffing that has no seasoning. It was yummy but a little bland. So next time I will try a few seasonings from my cupboard and maybe some onion and celery. Family loves it!

A delicious dish that requires the following ingredients: 4 thawed chicken breasts, 6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken soup! Easy to cook and also delicious! Put chicken in, cover with stuffing, mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup and 1/4 cup of water then put the mixture over stuffing and chicken. Cook on low for 4 hours.
