A soft cookie stuffed with gooey caramel and loaded with lots of salty, crunchy pretzels. A glorious combination of sweet, salty with contrasting textures.

Apple Pie Caramel Apples. I tried these and although I made a huge mess out of my kitchen in the process, they were delicious!! They tasted like the ones from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. But in the recipe she said to use white chocolate...WRONG...I used white almond bark. You could also probably use the vanilla candy melts they sell in the cake decorating section of A.C.Moore, etc.

Banana Coconut Caramel Upside-Down Cake (and uses a boxed cake mix) yuummmm but without the coconut!

caramel apple shots... this is the best idea ever----but just with caramel inside. Nothing else.

Pumpkin Trifle. From Country Woman 1993. A great alternative to pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving. I use homemade gingerbread. I have substituted Cool-Whip for the whipping cream. For a company Christmas party one year I took this and Lemon Trifle-used spice cake, no pumpkin or spices; and Chocolate Trifle-used spice cake, no pumpkin or spices. All three went over very well!

Caramel Apples. Smart idea... @Camille Vargas lets do this!
