Lace bowls...so easy! Great for Grandma's heirlooms or vintage doily collections

How To Convert Doily into Candle Holder

Using sugar starch, form doilies around a balloon. After it dries, pin prick balloon and remove and you have a doily bowl to hold tea lights. Would work great in different colours for a henna party!

Leaves modpodged to a balloon, balloon then popped and removed

all you need to do is blow up some balloons, get white yarn, dip the yarn in a mixture of corn starch, water and elmers glue. dip the yarn in the mixture and wrap it around the balloon. let it sit and dry and then pop the balloon...voila :)

I saw this and thought it was awesome... I stole this... it is not my own... 1/2 ELMERS GLUE/HALF WATER ~ USE SMALL PAINT BRUSH TO PAINT THAT ON ANY OLD JARS OR GLASS CONTAINERS ~ THEN ROLL RIGHT AWAY ON EPSOM OR ROCK SALT. TADA!!!~~ WHEN THEY ARE DRY YOU NOW HAVE TEA LIGHT AND CANDLE HOLDERS. THESE ARE EASY AND JUST BEAUTIFUL WHEN YOU ARE DONE.
