Reuben soup - this recipe was yummy...I omitted the celery as I didn't have any in the house and didn't miss it all. I also substituted 2% milk for the half and half.

Creamy Reuben Soup - NOT Primal, but I suppose the heavy cream can be replaced with coconut milk and/or cream coincentrate. The swiss cheese though? I'll ahve to sub a non-dairy item there.
